This class will focus on drawing--building on basic foundation through 3 different mediums- graphite pencil, colored pencil and ink pen. Gain or improve rendering techniques and knowledge of the physics of light source to sharpen your accuracy starting with pencil, then migrating these skills to draw with colored pencil and then, ink pen. The similarity of “mark-making” in these three mediums will be evident and an easy transition, advancing your skills and building your portfolio. Working from photographs supplied by instructor or personal images of your own, walk away with confidence and finished pieces.
