In this class, you will be copying (tracing) the compositional layout of a Morandi black and white print. The difference - you will be using your own color scheme to create a sense of color harmony. Using a limited palette of three or four colors plus black and white should achieve what you are hoping for. You will have multiple Morandi prints to choose from which you will have traced or drawn on an 8x10 sheet of white canvas paper. The image and the canvas paper will be trimmed to match. From this practice, you will continue to become aware of color and value spatial relationships and your work will be personalized. Beginners and advanced students are welcome. The environment is meant to be social and friendly.
