In a slump over that lump of clay on the wheel not letting you be the boss? In this 2 day workshop you will get over the hump of consistently centering, opening, and pulling on the pottery wheel. Over the course of the workshop, each participant will receive some one-on-one instruction and critique to acquire and/or improve these throwing basics. Please bring a pin tool, small sponge, wire, and rib. There will be a small overnight homework as well.

Clay will be provided. This workshop does not include time in the studio outside of class. Please note that the tools listed above are required; please bring your own or purchase a set.
