Explore the relaxing and rewarding art of embroidery in this winter series designed just for beginners. Learn all the essential stitches, from the classic running stitch and backstitch to the decorative chain stitch and French knot. We'll cover everything you need to know to get started, including how to prepare your fabric, choosing the right threads and reasons to split them, and how to create and confidently transfer a design. Class time will include short lectures, demonstrations and plentiful work time. You will also be encouraged to work on your projects at home. Enjoy a calm and friendly environment to practice this timeless and mindful art!
A $20 supply fee payable to Christina will cover the cost of materials.
