Students in this course will explore how to produce multiple images, or "prints," from a single original surface. They will experiment with various forms of printmaking, including monotype, monoprint, relief printing and Chine collé. Students will create unique layered imagery by stenciling and cutting up their prints to use for collage. They will also learn about using the printing press, mixing inks, proper paper tearing and registration techniques.

A $20 supply fee payable to Casey will cover the cost of materials.
